You're certainly right about what you're saying, but you very clearly need to calm down and not take your frustrations out on people on FlyerTalk (news flash: none of us screwed up your reservation...) who are possibly trying to ask questions to figure out what went wrong.
Cuz you've pretty much just sealed your fate with getting any help from folks here, at this point.
