No, I've been very patient and calm. I've asked the question both on the phone and in the e-mail:

Tell me what difference it makes to a Gold what fare class they are booked into when choosing 17DE as their seats when they make a reservation. Tell me why, once that reservation is made, why your seats are changed to Premium which you did not want. Tell me why I am then told I have to pay extra for those seats.

Really, tell me. No one has been able to.

Tell me that you would think any differently if it happened to you.
