IB's website surely must be the worst

How many times do I see this? Although I just entered the new PIN they sent me since my old
one for whatever reason results in the same message : "The combination of the number of
Iberia Plus card and the password that you have entered is not correct. Please check the
Iberia Plus entered and reenter the right password. (I599)" I must be at my 23rd pin now.
And if I am lucky enough to be allowed in, there is the security control with the Captcha,
need to verify that I am human. Over and over again. Every new flight search or a search
with a different date generates : "Are you a human being? To continue, please prove that
you are not a robot". Then I end up with " Request not processed ". Then I click the
back button which prompts me to prove I am human again and then one more time to see
the results. Today I got stuck in the "not processed" window and gave up until tomorrow.

I am thankful I got the Avios but what a pain to find flights or even make a booking.
