Pretty sure that Customer Care only works on matters after the flight has been flown. So if you are still pre-departure, then I guess you're stuck with Res.

Call in, ask for a supervisor, give them the PNR for the Boeing trip and ask them to look in the history to see when/why/how your seats changed...
