The OP is a bit confusing.

As written, it suggests that OP was assigned by AS (after being moved out of the exit row) to a Premium and then asked to pay for that seat assignment.

Perhaps there was more detail in OP's other thread, but given that this is a new one, the very specific detail seems necessary.
