Few weeks back, I booked wheel chair assistance for my in-laws for their AUS-LHR-BLR trip on BA.com MMB, one week before the trip. They said that the wheel chair service was very smooth at all 3 locations and now needless to say they have become BA Fans
They also thanked me for the special meal (Hindu Meal) and mentioned that it was delicious
That was by far the best few clicks I made on BA.com, making the family happy
