except their website says the RUC is eligible for US 50

The rep wouldn’t let me use my cert saying that it’s only 48 states not 50.

flying from JFK>MSP>HNL

already got upgraded on the short JFK > MSP flight. Trying to add the RUC for the MSP > HNL flight.

Has anyone successfully used it to Hawaii? Which is part of the 50 states!
