With SUMA my experience has not been great so far, usual typical Spanish customer service. On a multi segment itinerary, inter island flights within the Canaries refused to credit (Y-class, part of a business class itinerary) so those sectors ended up not counting. Remember, SUMA operates with a revenue based system.
For a relatively expensive KLM ticket DUS-AMS-GVA, miles were credited according to the old distance based system with booking classes and earnings were slim. Not impressed, programme doesn’t feel good somehow.
