In a recent trip thru EWR to Europe, all the passengers waiting to board (in EWR) were given a card with a unique number and a website site url,
Air satisfaction. Card did not directly mention UA but did mention IATA. In retrospect, not sure if this was UA sanctioned but was in plain sight of the GAs. Due to catering delays, boarding was delayed and there were plenty of people lined up for boarding.
Offered a bi-monthly drawing for 2 round-trip long-haul tickets. There was a list of previous winners on the survey site. Realizing that was a long shot, did complete the survey to see what was being gathered.
Has anyone had this happen? Is this UA sanctioned?
