The E-tickets provided by AA are TOO SIMPLE!!

It seems like that one of the reasons AA prefers e-tickets is because they want to withold important information from their customers (why are they doing this?).

I have seen e-tickets issued by my travel agent, and they always include things like "fare basis", "fare calculation" etc.

Once I called AA, and they told me that in order to get the detailed information, I must go to the airport and ask them for a print-out.
