The way I make the SBUX Gold program work for me is by doing their star challengesThis week if I visit 4 days in a row I get 250 stars. I will purposefully lay low for a few weeks to show Starbucks I am not desperate at times to get an enticing offer that is easy to complete without breaking the bank. I always order a venti Drip coffee then refill it with a more expensive cold brew or Iced Tea. For me I get 3 refills per visit and bring one home to my Mother. I average 5-10 or more free drinks per year and this is when I go for their Frappuchinos,, Reserve Coffee new Mercato sandwiches etc.

I am almost at the 300 requalifying threshold for Gold and its 2.5 months after my requalifying date. I have a Birthday reward plus 2 more after the challenge which one will be redeemed at the airport next week.

I have been really benefitting from the program and laugh to myself when I see peolle pay with cash as for the same amount I get free refills free rewards etc Plus I use their WiFI and enjoy getting work done.
