Good news.... it's all been sorted out
I wrote QRPC a long email on July 13, with scans of my boarding pass showing the BAEC FQTV, the credit card receipt and EMD for the excess baggage and a screen shot showing the miles on my QRPC account.
The next day I received the following email:
Dear LCY,
Thank you for writing to Privilege Club. We value your business.
We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.
We wish to inform you that we have removed below flights flown by you on Qatar Airways from your Privilege Club account xxxxxxxxx.
QR837 BKK-DOH 04-Jul-2018
QR17 DOH-DUB 04-Jul-2018
In order to credit the miles for your Qatar Airways flights to the loyalty account you hold with British Airways, we request you to please contact British Airways directly and accrual of mileage entirely depends upon their discretion.
Please note that only British Airways is authorized to credit the account you hold with them.
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this regard.

For BAEC I made a PDF of my QR statement showing the decredit of miles, screen shots of my QR online account showing the decredit, and a scan of the boarding pass, and a scan of the QR email above and sent this all to
[email protected] with an explanation on Sunday 15 July.
I also sent a PM here on FT to [MENTION=729498]BAMissingAvios[/MENTION] asking what to do and they messaged me quite quickly on Monday morning to say to email all the documents to that email address. I replied I had already done this and they PM'd that she would look for the documents and look into it.
[MENTION=729498]BAMissingAvios[/MENTION] PM'd me yesterday to say that the Avios and Tier Points had been added to my account and when I logged in, there they were.
For BKK>DOH>DUB I had 22,569 QMiles credited and then de-credited from my account as well as 60 QPoints.
I have received 8,488 Avios instead, but hey ho.... QMiles seem so worthless now ....
What a shame.....
