We already know website cannot book many fares and routes, it would be a disaster if CC is now limited to this.
I'd say it's just Janica having a bad hair day, trying to get rid of a customer who's nasty enough not wanting to book a simple AY return flight... Or maybe her little sister doing a summer job with minimal training.
