Try giving them a call and see what they can do to. The wheels on my 4.5 years old Alpha 2 International were damaged recently. Called them and they gave the option of sending it back to them to get fixed, take it to a shop and they would fix it, or just sending me the parts and I could do it myself - all options at no charge.

I went with having them just send me the parts and swapped them over myself. I'm in the US, but perhaps they would do the same internationally.
