No!!!!! It was a single through fare from SVO to SEA, which allowed either AA flight # or AY codeshare flight number on last segment. And second AY agent was able to see it. It's pretty common to have single fare which allows certain segments (usually shorter connections) on partner airlines.

I did not save the full fare rules but if it's still available I will find post.
