I haven't read the full terms yet, but I would suspect that being awarded Avios would give me the full redemption opportunities, minus whatever was mentioned as a restriction (use by Dec 1 and no transfers). To have an additional restriction added post-promotion isn't actual kosher.



When I first opened my account last month, I was able to price out partners, but this changed once my account was unlocked (with no Avios). Now that the 90k have been deposited, I still can't price partners despite being able to price when I first opened my account a few weeks ago.
