PITTSBURGH (CNN) — A new bill from the Federal Aviation Administration aiming to set minimum seat sizes on airplanes within a year is now in Congress.
Govtrack shows nothing new. It wouldn't surprise me if KDKA is referring to the SEAT act of 2017 - it's "now in Congress", and how do you define "new"? No one else is reporting such legislation, per Google.
