The last time I was in Haneda, I went to the CX lounge for a few minutes before my BA flight back to London ( 0950) and found the lounge to be virtually empty of people. I loved the JAL F lounge but the CX lounge was good also. ( my flights to Tokyo normally take me via Narita though)
