Cabo just popped on my radar today as a possible trip and I was excited to see this new hotel indeed. The other two SPG properties were okay, but this one looked great. But when I saw "opening September 1" I was already skeptical to book a stay for Sept 20th due to delays of the hotel opening on time.

At the moment, we're mulling it over though. Would hate to have to cancel flights due to the hotel being delayed opening again.
