I've got a flight from OTW - MEX - JFK. And it's aeromexico ticket.
From Ottawa to Mexico city, I've got a transit in Toronto.
And this flight (Ottawa to Toronto) is operated by Westjet encore.

After the purchase, I checked again my flight information, and it says there is no bagage registered for my first trip.

Do I have to pay again to Westjet encore ?
If no, what should I tell them if they want me anyway to pay for that ?
