A little bit off topic, but something similar happened to me: 150CHF bill for roaming abroad (70mb approx), in Spain to be exact. The only issue: The date for the roaming was a day after I had already returned to Switzerland and I had never switched on cellular data... I received back the full amount. Pretty scary still. And I have roaming turned off all the times. Even in Switzerland.
