So I received a PM from Amy, which said the following:

"Hello Maelstrom,

I'm contacting you concerning the breakfast question.
I investigated it with our central teams and the issue is that this offer included the breakfast only till June 30th.
That's why it wasn't included by the night of June 30th.

If the same problem occurs, please check very attentively the offer you choose, it must be "names of concerned offers".
Otherwise, please contact directly the central of booking or the hotel.

Needless to say, this answer is... meh. Apparently the Central Team says that the standard breakfast-inclusive room rate that has "daily breakfast" included was instead an "offer", with specific cut off dates for this "offer".

I then did some research of my own, which clearly shows that the date of "non inclusive breakfast" changes, depending on the length of the stay and dates stayed.














As you can see, the days that breakfast is not included changes.
  • In the 3 day booking, breakfast was not included 24/7-25/7, however in the 6 and 9 day bookings, this date included breakfast.
  • In the 5 day booking, breakfast was not included 21/7-22/7, however in the 6 and 9 day bookings, this date included breakfast.
  • In the 6 day booking, breakfast was not included 26/7-27/7, however in the 9 day booking, this date included breakfast
  • In the 9 day booking, breakfast was not included 27/7-28/7

I sent this to Amy a week ago, haven't heard back yet. But, as stated, this is clearly an IT issue, despite what the Central Team told Amy.
