I don’t think it necessarily “trying to get their money’s worth”. A Dixie cup of anything will not quench a thirst especially when you are dehydrated from flying.

What’s the big deal about wanting OJ and Coffee in the morning? In the big picture, I don’t feel this is a out of line request.

As far as ordering doubles, my experience has been that they (the fa’s) will pour two of the mini’s into your beverage of choice. Again, I do not see the area of concern if a F class pax wants a double.
