Just call BA in Portugal using the number on ba.com ... it really is that simple! Postage of tickets doesn't come into it as you will be given an e-ticket. The price I am paying for LIS-SFO is exactly what is quoted on ba.com - no charge for a telephone transaction, which surprised me. Also, they are holding my reservation for 6 weeks, which means I don't have to part with the cash until the middle of next month.

As I said, it couldn't be easier. Just do it!
