I'm not a save the trees and meat is murder type of person at all, and I would love a menu card in Euro J. Wouldn't need to be anything fancy, just a simple A6 with English on one side and Finnish on the other.

In Economy, the food is very basic and it's no hard task finding out what you're being served. Pasta, tomato sauce, chicken... But in J, oftentimes (some of) the ingredients are not too obvious.

By the way, QR has menu cards in Y, as well...
