Thanks to both of you. Understood. I'm fine creating separate online accounts for all cardholders. I just wanted to ensure that was the norm, and that I'd see their transactions/get the points on my balance.
You see all the transactions on your account, and you can even filter by card holder, etc. So you can easily pull up year to date for one card holder, etc. What you can't do are set up their personal contact preferences, benefits, etc. They do that through their own account (although I have found you can do that by calling in to the Platinum service line).
