Flew AC's 789 J last week YVR-LHR.
Much preferred the AC seat for the large IFE screen, facing the window, the seat that reclines to a bed so you can select whichever position you prefer, handy storage for all ones bits and pieces.
Much preferred NZ's seat for sleeping. The AC seat becomes a coffin when turned into a bed

Having now flown in a J seat that faces out, it is definitely my preference.
