The new lounge hasn’t opened yet, Bolero is a zoo (as ever but even more so today as there’s no empty seat available...) and I’m blaming it all on hugolover. The good news is that they seem to have sorted the other zoo at immigration, there are now dedicated lanes and a few LOT Transfer’s assistants keeping track of things (e.g. they would call for people booked on flights which are just about to close doors and let them through via the crew lane). Needless to say, I can’t wait for the other lounge to open.
