I am not sure I understand the question. Iberia does not offer pooling (such as household accounts), you can transfer Avios to someone else's account but it is not free.
Since the beginning of Avios, people have wanted to "Combine Your Avios" with friends and family. We all figured it out back then. (you can't) Now there will be thousands of new IB+ members asking the same question...
