This is a special marketing arrangement between BD and Virgin Atlantic -- and other specific carriers who also happen to be STAR members, like SQ who owns a big chunk of Virgin -- and I doubt that any other STAR program member will be given such access, even when flying Virgin Atlantic unless on a business ticket.
