Thanks, I just tried to cancel my Gold Card and was offered 20,000 points for £3k spend in 3 months which is pretty much the sign up bonus over here. Clearly costs me 3 months of card fees but first time I have had an offer this good (as someone who regularly churns mine and my wife’s cards in the UK whilst it’s not clamped down on!). Also very convenient for me as I have expenses of 4K which I can charge to the card in the next week so I will be cancelling as soon a sthe bonus points hit and I can get the refund. Anyone else in the UK getting fairly generous offers?
