I am not sure when the previous poster was at the Bal Harbour but it just went through a multi million dollar renovation of the lobby and North tower, to me ther is not one thing that looks run down, much better location than the diplomat, and close to SoBe, The Atlantic just opened I would give it some time before staying there so they can get there act together, Made the mistake of staying at the Westin Las vegas 3 months after it opened, these folks had no clue what was going on.
