Stayed here four nights in June. No upgrade as a diamond member which was a bit disappointing, but I do think the hotel was full. I was able to get early check in around 11:00am so that was nice. Lounge/breakfast were top notch. Location was about a 5 minute walk to the Southwark tube station. Overall a good stay but would look at different areas in London for the next visit.
