If you're really dying to get into the DL lounge while flying AS, buy a refundable DL ticket for that day, check in, enter the lounge and cancel check-in/refund the ticket. This may get you blacklisted with DL if you do it regularly.

Even if there was a PP lounge in SAN, you wouldn't have access to it flying AS as there are no lounges in the secure area where the Alaska gates are. Though there's still space for one where the old red carpet club was. Don't think that's happening.
