I have a PE seat booked on a 777-300ER from DFW-LHR (AA50) and I've been waitlisted for an upgrade to business. ExpertFlyer shows 0 availability in C for AA, but shows 7 to 9 seats available in C for OneWorld codeshare partners on the same flight. I'm new to the whole upgrade and EF process, so is that normal, or something I can talk to an AA rep about to get that waitlist upgrade processed and confirmed?
