Two questions:
1. Are you consistently finding better deals for BA holidays than for flights alone + hotel? I did this once (for a Premium Economy + Hotel booking) but it wasn't obvious that it was any cheaper than booking separately.

2. Are you seeing big surcharges for avios upgrades ex-USA? I am thinking PE to Club. I am not sure I got a consistent message out of the relevant threads on the Executive Club forum. There are a lot of reports of big YQ but also some that don't mention it.
