Even if there was a PP lounge in SAN, you wouldn't have access to it flying AS as there are no lounges in the secure area where the Alaska gates are. Though there's still space for one where the old red carpet club was. Don't think that's happening.
Your options are:
-Pay for entry on the Airspace Lounge (I think it's under $30)
-Get an Amex Platinum so you can use the Airspace lounge for free
-Buy a refundable ticket (discouraged but Delta is a garbage airline so who cares)
