Of course not. However, these flight passes are rarely good value (several other airlines such as KLM, Alitalia, Air France have them).

I use TP a lot within Europe, but rarely with Portugal being my destination" ignores the fact that you always transit through Portugal. So, in your case, you would use one coupon to get to Lisbon, and another coupon - probably from a different flight pass - to get to your destination.
In your case, I think you will find the cost to be staggeringly expensive!
