just had another claim denied by the team in india....they claimed that while the rate is available on the third party website, they are however unable to complete the booking process so would therefore have to deny my claim....i tried completing the booking on the third party website after i received the mail & the booking went through without any problems....i'm going to try calling them tonight to get this sorted out....
