BA used to have lots of regional add-ons on Silk Air which were fabulous, but the rise of Jetstar means than regional connections (for one ticket) tend not to be on Silk Air anymore.

So i'd assume this is two tickets?

In which case as above you're beholden on Silk Air, but technical answer would be no. But i've seen outstations of Silk Air do wonderful things I wasn't expecting.
