This clause, should actually refer to the amount listed on the QF website, if booking through QF, as it could easily be misinterpreted.
The Airline Earning Table actually seems pretty clear about this:-

QF International
  • ENOQ - Discount Economy
  • GKLMSV - Economy
  • BHY - Flexible Economy
QF Domestic
  • EGLNOQSV - Discount Economy
  • BHKMY - Flexible Economy
The difficulty seems to lie more in finding out which booking class. But that difficulty has been with us since way back when, because it has always been important for ascertaining earning (eg in other airlines schemes).
