I think there is one clause that makes it somewhat misleading:
Qantas Points and Status credits may be earned on this fare and will be calculated on each Segment. For more information check the Airline Earning Table.
This clause, should actually refer to the amount listed on the QF website, if booking through QF, as it could easily be misinterpreted.

The crux of the issue, if booking through the QF website need to check the part that show "Qantas Points Earned" and "Status Credits Earned". That is entirely transparent. If it deviates from this, it is misleading and deceptive, if no deviation, it is not misleading or deceptive.
