If you read some of my other post, you will notice that I had some problems with the 24/7 MPO call centre.
Also sometimes there are things easier in writing than over the phone.
I mean my question on the thread, how do you think the MPO agent will answer? "No sir, you can't do that, etc...?" I find sometimes for these type of opinionated questions it is best to leave it for seasoned CX traveller such as yourself.
