Check your SPAM filter. My wife was notified about a month ago. We changed the addresses to match, but didn't notice the different names (SPG had her middle name, MR did not).

Your SPG® account is no longer linked to your Marriott Rewards® or The Ritz-Carlton Rewards® account. This is because you either unlinked the accounts yourself or SPG took action on your behalf because of inconsistent information between the two accounts.
If you haven't already, please update your member profile to eliminate any inconsistent information between the two accounts that resulted in a mismatch.

While your accounts are unlinked, rest assured that you're still a member of both programs. However, you won't be able to transfer points between the programs. But you can earn and redeem as you normally do within each program. And if you have elite status, you'll receive your elite benefits in that program.
