My prediction on how this is all going to end = those of us in limbo [locked account, emails unanswered, inconsistency emails etc] are going to cancel our flights a few days before the deadline [to get cash refunds] of 31 July as we won't be willing to lose what we've paid. We'll wait as long as possible, but we will cancel.
Iberia is counting on this, they will wait us out. In the end, they will be let off the hook.
