If wanting to fly FRA-HKG - you can book with Avios - in J for 90K, or F for 120K. You can book with Asia miles in J for 65K, or F for 100K. Given that the AMEX Canada transfer ratio to Asia Miles is 1000:750, that makes J 86,667 miles and F 133,334. So J slightly cheaper with Asia and F cheaper with Avios. Taxes are slightly cheaper with Asia miles (~$50).

If you want to fly with your family, then your best bet is probably J. How many passengers? You can read up on the Asia Miles website regarding stopover rules for roundtrip travel...
