No. Lounge passes, as a rule, cannot be transferred or gifted. The only exceptions are, those earnt on a joint Kiwibank credit card, or, when you are travelling together, and you have more than the max guests per your status.

A Koru membership would be your only option. If you have an abundance of APD$ you can pay for it with these.
When your requalification comes around it may be worth considering if having your partner as you Elite partner is the best option. I myself have my brother, as my better half is either always travelling with me, or, is on a QF/JQ staff ticket.
