In my experience, if I can't tell who is running the internet management at the property (not the actual ISP which may be Verizon or another huge telco), I look for a card on the desk for internet info or in the hotel booklet in the room. They usually contain the name of the internet management company.

Most of the properties I've been at are now on Ethostream. There are properties that use Ethostream that don't have enhanced speed internet (a handful of CY and RI properties I've been to), but the one-click internet has worked at them welcoming me back by name with a connect button. Even when the button is just "connect", when I've been redirected to the property page I've usually seen CONNECTED ENHANCED SPEEDin a grey box on the left side about halfway down the page, like the Springhill Suites property I was at this week.
