So what's up with the beverage service? Do the flight attendants follow guidelines as to whether or not they give out an entire can of soda, or just a cup full? It seems that it's a wash as to whether or not they give out a full can or just the cup. Same thing on horizon, I've been offered complementary beer on some PDX-SEA or SEA-PDX flights, but not on all of them. Is this a decision, or is it random?

This is not an issue, but rather an observation I've made over the last two years of flying AS.
