I was given that number to call after calling the UK number 020-36843-774. The customer service rep confirmed the +34 91 3742442 is a premium line. When I called it there was a recorded message in Spanish which gave another telephone number (I think). Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish.
To add, I just recalled the UK number and got another operator who was fine. She said they just send a request through their end and booking is cancelled, canx fee deducted, residual put back on card and points deposited back in account. This is was for 4,500 avios which was left over from the 9,000 avios per flight promotion.
